Junior Achievement of Northern California- Regional Director

Junior Achievement S.H.E. Leads connects local businesswomen and outstanding female high school students in the Bay Area to celebrate success, develop workforce readiness, capture new opportunities and inspire the next generation of female leaders to pursue a career path in STEM and Healthcare fields.

Junior Achievement works to combat these statistics by linking these young students to current women leaders in the work force through panelist and table discussion, as well as interactive activities led by mentors.

Our goal is for the students to leave feeling connected to our local economy and inspired by the career opportunities presented.
