for Education® 5K Run & Walk

at Heather Farms in Walnut Creek, CA

 

The mission of this incredible organization is to “empower underprivileged children in underserved communities around the world by providing access to educational programs and resources—pathways to better, brighter futures.”  The organization is looking for volunteers for race day and runners.

 

If you want to support an organization whose focus is around education, consider this event.  There will be kids activities and a Kids Run before the official 5K in which all children will receive a finisher medal.
